Business Insurance
What we need
A current certificate of insurance detailing your insurance cover for Public Risk, Plate Glass on the Leased Premises, Water Damage and Stock and Fixtures is required to be given to Centre Management.
This is a requirement of your lease. Please ensure that updated copies are provided as soon as Insurance premiums are renewed.
Please note: This certificate lasts for 12 months, therefore these are expected annually.
Contractors
Any tenant contractors must hold $20m public liability insurance and hold relevant licenses for any work being completed.
Rent & Sales Reporting
Rental Collection
All rents are due and payable to Centre Management βon or before the first (1st)β of each month. Late payment of rents will not be tolerated and action may be taken against retailers whose rents are not paid by the due date.
If you are having problems with a rental payment β contact Centre Management to discuss the issue. Please do not let your debt accummulate, as this will jeopardise your lease and any future lease negotiations.
Sales Reports
A sales report form will be emailed prior to the end of each month. This MUST be completed and returned to the Centre Management Office no later than the 7th day of the following month.
Annual Certified Sales Reports are required within 30 days of the end of the financial year. The resulting statistics are vital to the marketing plans and the overall retail success of this Centre. We need this information to work for you.
Sales Reports are totally confidential although generalised statistics showing how Winston Hills Mall is operating are available. Individual store data will remain confidential.
