National day of mourning for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

Thursday, 22 September 2022 has been declared a public holiday in NSW by the Minister for Employee Relations Damien Tudehope under section 5 of the Public Holidays Act 2010, to commemorate Her Majesty’s remarkable life and dedication to service.

• Specialty trading hours on this day are 10am - 4pm however, stores may trade outside of these hours. Please check directly with the store for exact trading hours.

• Major’s trading hours will vary.  Please check directly with the majors for exact trading hours.

• For banks and other financial institutions it will be a “bank close day” under the Retail Trading Act 2008.
