Letters to Santa

Santa’s letterbox is at Winston Hills Mall

Winston Hills Mall is one of the lucky shopping centres with direct access to Santa in the North Pole

All children who write a letter to Santa and drop it in to Santa's letterbox (next to the Colour Splash Zone outside Suzanne Grae) will receive a personalised reply (return address provided!).

To help you get started you can pick up a letter template from the Santa set or the Colour Splash Zone.

• Return postage is included

• All letters are personalised

• Santa is happy to hear about your child’s wish list

• Please ensure the return address is provided

To receive a reply, your letter must be posted in Santa’s letterbox by 14 December 2025

Feel free to either take a letter template home or fill it out in our Colour Splash Zone located in front of Suzanne Grae.
