Accessible Parking & Parents with Prams
Winston Hills Mall offers accessible parking and 'Parents with Prams' parking spots which are wider than standard and close to each entry of the mall for your convenience.
Parking Payments
Pay Machines are located in the Big W and Coles Car Park Lobby’s otherwise payment can be made via ‘Tap n Go’ at the boom gates.
Our Information Desk also accepts cash payments for parking.
Parking Height Clearance
Winston Hills Mall underground car park has a height clearance of 2.14m. If your vehicle will not fit under this height clearance, there is additional open air parking at the back of Dock 5 and in front of St George Bank.
Parking Zones
Winston Hills Mall parking is conveniently colour coded so you can determine which area to park depending on your needs,
Red Parking: Best parking for Coles Supermarket. Enter from Junction Road (Behind Winston Hills Hotel)Green Parking: Best parking for Woolworths Supermarket. Enter from Caroline Chisholm Drive.
Blue Parking: Best parking for ALDI / Big W. Enter from Langdon Road.
Parking Conditions Of Entry
Winston Hills Mall (‘the company’) provides the car park for the use of persons wishing to park motor vehicles during the hours of operation and at the fees described but does not provide continuous or complete facilities for the control of traffic or the protection of persons or property.
2. The fees as displayed shall be payable to the company by the person parking the vehicle (‘the customer’), or any person for whom the customer enters into this agreement as agent.
3. For the purpose of this agreement, the customer shall be deemed to be agent of the owner, lessee or hirer of the motor vehicle as the case may be.
4. The vehicle and the goods therein are parked, stored and driven at the customer’s risk.
5. The company shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to the vehicle, its accessories or contents or for any loss or damage to any other vehicle, its accessories or contents howsoever arising, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, loss or damage arising because of the negligence, willful act or default of the company, its servants and agents.
6. The company shall not be responsible for any loss of, damage to or injury to the customer or any other person or persons’ howsoever arising, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, loss or damage arising because of the negligence, willful act or default of the company, its servants and agents.
7. The customer agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the company, the servants and agents from and against all actions and claims arising in any way out of the parking, storing or driving of the customers vehicle.
8. No variation of these conditions will bind the company unless such variation is made in writing and is signed by the person for the time being holding the position of Managing Director with the company.
