Tuesday - 10am to 6pm
Wednesday - 10am to 6:30pm
Thursday - 10am to 7.30pm
Friday - 10am to 6:30pm
Saturday - 10am to 6:00pm
Sunday - Closed

If the desk is unattended, please visit our Centre Management Office down the corridor in between Terry White Chemmart & Noni B during opening hours.

At Winston Hills Mall, our goal is to make your visit as easy and stress free as possible. Our customer service team are available at our Information Desk (outside Terry White Chemmart) to assist you with:

Lost Property

If you've lost something, we can help you find it. For lost and found property enquiries, please visit our Information Desk (outside Terry White Chemmart) or call 9838 7822.

If you have visited any of our major stores, we recommend that you contact them individually as they keep lost property at their service desk.

Justice of the Peace (JP) Service

The centre has a JP Service available every Wednesday from 11am to 1pm outside Coles.

Terry White Chemmart also offer a JP Service within their store every Thursday from 10am to 12pm.

Scooter / Wheelchair & Walker Hire 

We provide complimentary hire of motorised scooters, wheelchairs and walkers. 

Bookings are recommended - please call 9838 7822 to reserve or visit our Information Desk.

Disability Access, Amenities & Services

We have two disabled toilet amenities located at either end of the centre (Near the Food Court & ALDI).  

Winston Hills Mall also offers accessible parking spots which are wider than standard and close to each entry of the mall for your convenience. 

Please note only the Parents Room in the food court have a door catering for a double width pram.

Children's Play Area

Located in the Food Court, our Children’s Play Area is a great place for children to have fun, whilst visiting Winston Hills Mall.

Our play area is conveniently located near amenities including a parents room and has one central entry / exit point to help make supervision of your children easy.

Parental supervision is required at all times.
