The Information Desk is an extension of our Centre Management Office and it is an important part of our customer experience. Services include: Centre Directions, Retailer & Centre Information, Parking Enquiries, Local Transport & Navigation, Lost & Found and, the Handling of enquiries, complaints and shopper feedback.

Centre Management Trading Hours

The Centre Management Office is located down the corridor between Terry White Chemmart and Noni B.

The Centre Management Office is run by Security on weekends and Public Holidays. Security can be contacted for assistance on these days on 9838 7822 OR 0438 387 822.


After Hours Access

Retailers should provide Winston Hills Mall Centre Management with the name, titles and telephone numbers of staff who can be contacted in an emergency. This information is totally confidential. In the event of staff changes, telephone number changes, etc, please advise Centre Management immediately, as nobody likes being woken up at night if they no longer work in the premises.

After Hours Access

After hours access to the centre will only be permitted by prior arrangement with Centre Management. It is vital that Centre Management and Security are aware of who is on the premises for the benefit of the security of the centre and its retailers.

Should a tenant require access after hours, contact Centre Management during office hours or security on 0438 387 822 after office hours. The on duty Security Officer will generally request that the tenant meet them at an agreed location.

After Hours Exit

All exit doors will have either a “push to release” button or door handle.  Please ensure that the door closes securely behind you. Security are within the centre 24 hours and can assist with the car park. Contact Security on 0438 387 822.


Public Transport

Complaints regarding bus stop locations or services should be directed to Transport NSW on 131 500. For all train and bus timetable inquiries, contact 131 500 or visit the Transport NSW website.

How to Get Here

Winston Hills Mall is located on Caroline Chisholm Drive, Winston Hills, NSW, 2153.  Winston Hills is located approximately 7km from Parramatta.  Conveniently our centre is serviced by bus and taxis.

Travel By Bus

The main bus stop is located on Langdon Road. Best access from the centre is via the main entry near El’s. Hills Bus Services can be contacted at 9890 0000.

Travel By Taxi

Premier Cabs (13 10 17) are the local taxi company. Winston Hills Mall has a dedicated taxi rank just outside the main entry near El’s. Please note, a pay phone is located just outside the corridor near Terry White Chemmart for our shopper’s convenience.


Parking / Staff Parking Policy

The main function of the boom gates is to prevent unauthorised staff and commuters from occupying parking spaces for our shoppers.  Retailers and staff of Winston Hills Mall are only entitled to free parking with prior approval from Centre Management. 

Winston Hills Mall Car Parks are private property. All cars who utilise our car park are bound by the ‘Conditions of Entry’ displayed at each entry and on our centre website.

Staff Parking Policy

Each retailer has been allocated an allowance for free staff parking, typically two spaces per tenancy. Any requests for additional staff parking are not guaranteed and must be approved by Centre Management.

It is expected that staff park in B2 or around the far perimeter of the car park.

Please do not enter and exit the car park multiple times throughout the day in an attempt to cheat the system. If found doing so your number plate will be blacklisted resulting in a block to and from the car park. You will be charged in full for the entire duration of your stay.

Pay Machines

You will find our Pay Machines are located in both the Big W and Coles Car Park Lobby’s, just down the escalators. Card or cash payments are accepted at either pay machine. Payments can be made at the Information Desk.

Please note the Information Desk accepts cash only. Alternatively payments via ‘Tap n Go’ at the boom gates are also accepted.

Parking Zones

Winston Hills Mall parking is conveniently colour coded so you can determine which area to park depending on your needs.

Red Parking: STAFF EXIT Best parking for Coles. Enter from Junction Road (Behind Winston Hills Hotel)
Green Parking: Best for Woolworths. Enter from Caroline Chisholm Drive.
Blue Parking: Best for ALDI / Big W.  Enter from Langdon Road.

Parking Height Clearance

Winston Hills Mall underground car park has a height clearance of 2.14m. If your vehicle will not fit under this height clearance, there is additional open air parking at the back of Dock 5 and in front of St George Bank.


Smoking Policy

Winston Hills Mall is an enclosed public place.

Smoking and/or using e-cigarettes are banned in all enclosed public areas and certain outdoor public areas, under the Smoke-free Environment Act 2000 and the Smoke-free Environment Regulation 2016. Retailers and Staff are not permitted to smoke at the Centre’s entrances.

Note: smoking is no longer permitted in any tenancy or within (4) four metres of a doorway or under a covered walkway, at any time.

Penalties for non-compliance

Penalties for non-compliance may apply:

  • on the spot fines of $300 for individuals

  • a fine of up to $550 for a business owner who does not display 'no smoking' signs in an outdoor dining area

  • up to $5,500 for a business owner if a customer is found to be smoking in the outdoor dining area.


Staff & Public Amenities

The parents rooms are strictly for the use of Parents or Guardians who have young children and shop within the Centre. The parents rooms are not for use by the general public or retailers. The food court parents room is the only one that has a door catering for a double width pram.

Pay Phone

Wheelchair & Scooter Mobility Hire

All staff should be aware of the public pay phone location to assist with customer enquiries. Our public telephone is located in the corridor adjacent to Terry White Chemmart. Calls within Australia are free of charge.

Wheelchair and Scooter Hire for our customers is available from the Information Desk free of charge. Booking in advanced is encouraged.

A valid drivers licence number is required to book a wheelchair or scooter.


Lost & Found

Please Note: The majors (ALDI, Coles, Woolworths, Big W) have their own lost & found process. It is a good idea to notify a customer who has lost an item to also check with our majors just in case it was lost or handed in at their store.

Found Property

All found items are to be promptly presented to the Information desk or Centre Management Office to ensure an up to date log is kept. We log the details into the register and refer to existing lost enquiries for a potential match. With your help we increase the chances of reuniting customers to their belongings.

Lost Property

The Information Desk in partnership with Centre Management keep a full register of all enquiries for lost and found property. If a customer advises you of lost property, please direct them to the Information Desk or Centre Management to have their details recorded in this register. If/when an item is found we will refer back to the register to locate customer details, make contact and organise a pickup of their belongings.
