Rental Collection

All rents are due and payable to Centre Management ‘on or before the first (1st)’ of each month. Late payment of rents will not be tolerated and action may be taken against retailers whose rents are not paid by the due date.

If you are having problems with a rental payment – contact Centre Management to discuss the issue. Please do not let your debt mount up, as this will jeopardise your lease and any future lease negotiations.


Sales Reports

A sales report form will be delivered to your store prior to the end of each month. This MUST be completed and returned to the Centre Management Office no later than the 7th day of the following month.

Annual Certified Sales Reports are required within 30 days of the end of the financial year. The resulting statistics are vital to the marketing plans and the overall retail success of this Centre.  We need this information to work for you.

Sales Reports are totally confidential although generalised statistics showing how Winston Hills Mall is operating are available. Individual store data will remain confidential.
