LOST AND FOUND PROPERTY
The Information Desk alongside Centre Management keep a full register of all lost enquiries and found property. If a customer advises you of lost property, please direct them to the Information Desk or Centre Management to have their details recorded in this register. If/when an item is found we will refer back to the register to locate customer details, make contact and organise a pickup of their belongings.
All found items are to be promptly presented to the Information desk or Centre Management Office to ensure an up to date log is kept. We log the details into the register and refer to existing lost enquiries for a potential match. With your help we increase the chances of reuniting customers to their belongings.
Please Note: The majors (ALDI, Coles, Woolworths, Big W) have their own lost & found process. It is a good idea to notify a customer who has lost an item to also check with our majors just in case it was lost or handed in at their store.
