Making a Booking
Simply provide us with all relevant information such as proposed site layout, photographs of stock or any existing display set-ups you may have in other shopping centres. If you provide a service or your organisation is community or charity based please provide details of your promotion so we know in advance exactly what you plan to do whilst in the centre.

In order to guarantee your site location, we require the completion and return of the following documents (License Agreement, Certificate of Currency for Public Liability insurance). Full payment is required prior to or on the commencement of your casual lease.

Requirements
•    A current Public Liability policy with a minimum $10 million cover is mandatory. We require a copy of your Certificate of Currency for our records before you can set up in Winston Hills Mall.
•    Your stand must be of an exceptional standard of presentation and conform to size and height restrictions. Hand written signs are not acceptable.
•    Unless specific permission has been granted, the display must be open for trade at all times during core trading hours.
•    Display vehicles must have carpet under tyres and a drip tray placed under the engine of the vehicle.
•    All terms and conditions attached to the Licence Agreement must be clearly understood and adhered to.
•    Payment can be made by cash, cheque or direct transfer.
